Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Return:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Items that have been used, altered, damaged, or are not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a return.
  • Earpads and headband sales are final due to the nature of the product.
  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.
  • Custom order sales are final, no return or cancellationis accepted. 

3. Restocking Fee:

  • All eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of processing and restocking the returned item. 
  • Charges on shipping and any non-refundable taxes and duties will be deducted.

4. How to Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team via email or phone. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.

6. Packaging and Shipping:

  • When shipping the item back to us, please ensure it is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

7. Refund or Exchange:

  • Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days after receiving the returned item. It may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

8. Cancellations 

    • Within 24 hours: 5% fee (card fees + admin)

    • After 24 hours but before shipping: 10% fee

    • All payment methods have cancellation fee. We understand that an order needs to be cancelled, but we pay a non-refundable payment processing fee for each transaction.

  • Cancellation of special custom orders must be requested within 24 hours of placement. After this period, custom orders cannot be canceled and are non-refundable.

1.1. Pre-order availability, including start and end dates, will be clearly communicated on our official website.

1.2. Pre-orders can be placed exclusively through our official website.

1.3. By submitting a pre-order, you acknowledge your understanding and agreement with the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Pre-Order Cancellation:

2.1. Customers have the right to cancel their pre-order at any time before the product's release date. Cancellation will be subject to fees.

2.2. To cancel a pre-order, please contact our Customer Support team using the designated communication channels.

3. Release Date:

3.1. The release date of the pre-ordered product will be prominently displayed on our website.

3.2. We will make every effort to deliver the pre-ordered product as close to the release date as possible, though we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

4. Product Availability:

4.1. Availability of pre-ordered products is subject to manufacturer supply and demand.

4.2. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as supply chain disruptions or manufacturing delays, we will promptly inform customers of any changes to the release date.

5. Communication:

5.1. We will keep you informed about the status of your pre-order through email or other official communication channels.

5.2. In case of any changes to the pre-order status or the release date, we will make every effort to communicate these changes in a timely manner.

6. Fulfillment Block:

6.1. A fulfillment block of 10 days will be imposed for all pre-orders. You can request for a cancellation with in 10 days of placing an pre-order. There will be a 10 % cancellation fee. 

7. Refunds:

7.1. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, we will provide a full refund.

7.2. Refunds will be processed without undue delay, and the payment method used for the pre-order will be credited accordingly.
